3- How Does It Works
For Buyers:
Let’s delve into how our marketplace works, offering you the flexibility to either discover multiple services from various candidates or recruit talent tailored to your specific needs:
A. Discovering Services from Musicians:
- Browsing the Marketplace: Start by exploring our marketplace, where a diverse array of musicians, producers, engineers and artists showcase their services. You can browse through profiles, listen to samples of their work, and assess their qualifications.
- Selecting Services: Once you find a service that aligns with your musical project or needs, you can review the details, pricing, and reviews associated with that particular service and even ask for a sample demo if the candidate offers it.
- Placing an Order: When you’re ready to proceed, simply place an order for the chosen service. You may need to provide project details, such as song requirements, deadlines, and specific instructions.
- Payment and Escrow: The agreed-upon payment for the service is securely placed in escrow, ensuring both parties have peace of mind. The seller will be alerted that the order has been placed.
- Service Delivery: The seller then initiates the creative process, providing you with updates, drafts, or previews along the way to keep you informed about the progress and respecting the deadlines.
- Review and Approval: After receiving the completed service, you have the opportunity to review and assess the work. If it meets your expectations, you can approve the service.
- Payment Release: Upon your approval, the funds held in escrow are released to the seller, marking the successful completion of the transaction.
2. Recruiting Talent for Custom Projects:
- Project Description: If you have a unique project or specific musical needs, you can create a detailed project description outlining your requirements. This can include the type of music, instruments, vocal style, mixing requests and any other specifics.
- Posting the Project (Recruit talent): Post your project description and budget within our platform (Recruit now). This will be visible to all musicians and artists in our marketplace.
- Responses and Proposals: Candidates who believe they can fulfill your project’s requirements can submit proposals with their ideas, timelines, and pricing.
- Selection: Review the proposals and select the candidate whose approach best aligns with your vision. You can also consider their experience, samples of past work, and reviews from other clients.
- Agreement and Escrow: Once you’ve chosen a musician, you’ll establish the project’s terms, agree on pricing, and place the payment into escrow. The project officially begins.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the chosen candidate to bring your project to life. They may share drafts, progress updates, and previews as the project unfolds.
- Review and Approval: After the project is completed, you have the opportunity to review and approve the work. If it meets your expectations, you can give your approval.
- Payment Release: Upon your approval, the funds held in escrow are released to the seller, and your custom project is successfully completed.
