Musician Hive User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Musician Hive! By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Content and License
2.1 User Content: When you contribute content to Musician Hive, you affirm that it is your original work, or you possess the necessary rights to share the content. User Content must not violate intellectual property rights or breach our community guidelines.
2.2 License: By uploading User Content, you grant Musician Hive a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the content on and through the platform. This license remains in effect even if you stop using our services.
3. Project Content
All creative materials shared in the context of a project on Musician Hive, herein referred to as “Project Content,” retain the creator’s intellectual property rights unless otherwise stipulated in project terms. Users must refrain from using each other’s names, likenesses, or information without explicit permission.
4. Feedback
4.1 Submission of Feedback: Users may provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Musician Hive (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, you acknowledge and agree that Musician Hive can use this information for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
4.2 Confidentiality: Feedback is not considered confidential. Musician Hive retains the right to disclose or use Feedback for any purpose.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that the use of Musician Hive, including its content and features, is at your own risk. Musician Hive disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the platform’s accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 User’s Sole Remedy: If you encounter issues or dissatisfaction with Musician Hive, your only recourse is to cease using the platform.
6.2 Third-Party Applications: Musician Hive holds no responsibility for third-party applications or their content. Users are solely responsible for any interactions with such applications.
6.3 Damages Limitation: In no event will Musician Hive or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, business, or profits.
7. Third-Party Materials
Musician Hive may provide links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). These links are for user convenience, and Musician Hive does not endorse or control the content on External Sites. Users interact with External Sites at their own risk.
8. Representations and Warranties
8.1 User’s Affirmation: By using Musician Hive, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
(a) You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions for your User Content and Project Content.
(b) The use of your User Content or Project Content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
(c) You will not post content that violates Musician Hive’s Community Guidelines or any other terms of this Agreement.
(d) You will adhere to the terms and conditions of any transactions entered into, including Track Terms.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Musician Hive and its affiliates harmless from any claims, actions, or expenses arising from their breach of this Agreement or any transaction entered into on the platform.
10. Term and Termination
10.1 Continued Application: This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either the user or Musician Hive.
10.2 Termination Rights: Musician Hive reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and user access to the platform at its discretion, without prior notice or liability.
